Noah L. Pusey

Noah L. Pusey grew up in southern Vermont working for his father in the family’s residential construction/renovation company.  Mr. Pusey received his undergraduate degree in Communications from Boston College in 1993.  He later earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1998.  While studying at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Pusey worked at a boutique real estate law firm in lower Manhattan, where he first expanded his interest in the real estate law industry.  Mr. Pusey continued his employment with the firm after graduating but eventually left to obtain invaluable litigation experience at the New York City offices of Clausen Miller PC, a large, Chicago-based firm, where he focused on premises liability, insurance defense, and general commercial litigation.

For over 25 years, Mr. Pusey has provided specialized legal counsel to numerous clients on construction and real estate issues, as well as transactional and general commercial litigation matters.

Eventually, Mr. Pusey formed The Pusey Law Group to further his professional goals and expand his successful New York City-based construction, real estate, and litigation practice into the Long Island market.

Mr. Pusey is admitted to practice in New York Supreme Courts as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Pusey is a member of many professional associations – including the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, and the Huntington Lawyers’ Club.
